A couple of days ago, we hit a new milestone at Teens Media Network® — 500 subscribers, 500K views, and 500 videos published across 50+ playlists. Let’s call it: 5 × 5 × 5 × 5 = 🚀. And while that might sound humble (and it is), here’s the story behind those numbers.

500 Subscribers in 3 Months
500 subs may not seem like much if you compare it to a big network — but what if I told you that on July 14, when we began posting regularly on YouTube, we had only 65 subscribers?
That means +400 new subscribers in less than 90 days, or roughly 150 per month, all organic.
No paid ads, no boosted posts — just youth-created media, authenticity, and hard work.
And guess what? Content that young people actually love!
Sure, we covered major festivals like Global Citizen, Austin City Limits, and Sitges Film Festival. But even with that, the growth is stunning for an independent youth-led media platform built from scratch.
Everyone at TMN® should feel proud — and inspired.

How We Got Here: 500 Videos Across 50+ Playlists
What other social platform offers the storytelling power that YouTube does? At the TMN® YouTube Channel, we’ve built more than 50 playlists that showcase:
🎶 Music Festivals – from Primavera Sound to ACL, shot and edited by our creators.
🎬 Film & Culture – young critics covering major cinema events like Sitges or SXSW.
🎤 1 Minute With – quick artist interviews, raw and real with band from the U.S., Europe and Latin America.
🙌🏽 Soy Fan by TMN® – spontaneous conversations with artist fans around the world.
🎓 TMN Learning – 50+ videos on creativity, media, and professional growth for young creators (not a classroom, raw and original conversations).
Who else is doing this — with zero budget and total creative independence?
The Results: 500K Views (and Counting)
Now, you might say, “Hey, there are channels with millions of views.” True. But we’re not CNN, and we’re not a massive production company with a team of hundreds.
We’re TMN® — a small group of young creators and mentors with a very tight budget, tons of imagination, and an endless willingness to learn.
And here’s the real kicker:
400K of those 500K views happened in just the last three months.
That’s a huge acceleration — and a clear sign of what’s coming next.
Why It Matters
People nowadays often say that “teens and youth aren’t represented in media anymore.”
Even Tyler, The Creator once mentioned how the lack of youth presence in media made it hard for him to find style references growing up. Was he missing Hanna Montana?
Here’s the thing: youth media isn’t missing — it’s evolving.
If what they mean is that Disney stopped making “youth shows,” then that’s great! The new wave isn’t scripted or packaged — it’s real young people creating and telling real stories, not a bunch of older executives deciding what they should do, how they should feel, or what they should say. Honestly, we should celebrate this, not feel sad about it. No Hannah Montanas. No filters. Just young creators building something real, raw, unapologetically youth and global.
And that’s exactly what TMN® is.
