From the pit: my experience covering Nathy Peluso at Sónar Festival

During the Sónar Festival in Barcelona, I had the opportunity to cover Nathy Peluso’s concert and the presentation of her latest album, Grasa. Seeing this Argentine artist up close, from the pit, was a unique and enriching experience.
There isn’t much more to say— I think the video we’ve shared above captures exactly what it’s like to be so close, filming and photographing an artist you admire. It’s having your favorite artist just two meters away, with a crowd of hundreds of thousands behind you. You feel this kind of rush—something really hard to put into words. It’s a one-of-a-kind, unrepeatable experience.
That’s why I want to thank a project like Teens Media Network for allowing me and many other young people—whether 16, 17, or 19 years old—access to experiences like this, and the chance to learn from them. Thanks also to the Sónar Festival team for giving us this opportunity and showing that music journalism isn’t just reserved for big, established media outlets.
Covering Nathy Peluso, Sónar itself, and so many other events with TMN is incredible, and I feel very lucky to have these opportunities.
Thank you!
