TMN Content Sharing and Licensing Policy

At Teens Media Network (TMN®), we are committed to protecting the creativity, time, and effort of our creators. All photos and videos produced by TMN®—including content captured at events—are original editorial works and remain the intellectual property of TMN® and its creators.

To ensure respectful and fair use, we ask individuals, artists, bands, and organizations to follow the policy outlined below.

✅ Ways You Can Share TMN Content

  • Repost directly from TMN®’s official social media accounts, always crediting TMN® and the original creator whenever possible.

  • Collaborative posts (Instagram Collab) initiated from TMN®’s account, ensuring proper visibility and attribution.

  • Sharing links to TMN®’s website, social media posts, or published stories.

🚫 What’s Not Allowed

  • Downloading, re-uploading, or redistributing TMN® content without explicit written permission.

  • Editing, cropping, or repurposing TMN® photos or videos for promotional or editorial use without prior agreement.

  • Publishing TMN® content on your own channels (including Instagram, websites, press materials, or promotional assets) without authorization, proper licensing, or credit.

💼 Need to Use TMN Content on Your Own Channels?

If you’d like to publish TMN® photos or videos on your own platforms (e.g. Instagram, website, press kits, or editorial pieces), content licensing is required.

Licensing fees range from $75–$150 per clip or image, depending on length, format, and intended use. All revenue from licensed content directly supports TMN®’s work, including youth mentorship, creator development, and organizational sustainability.

Licensed content must include proper credit to TMN® wherever reasonably possible, in line with standard editorial practices.

To request a license, please complete the form below and include the exact link to the TMN® photo or video you wish to use. This allows us to locate the content in our archive and review your request properly.

Once submitted:

  • we’ll review the request,

  • share a payment link if approved,

  • and deliver the file after confirmation.
