A. EDITORIAL BOARD AUTHORITY

The Teens Media Network® (TMN) Editorial Board has final authority over the selection, editing, publication, distribution, and removal of content across all TMN platforms.

All submitted content is subject to review, revision, modification, or adaptation to meet TMN's editorial standards, quality requirements, and publication priorities. These adjustments may be made without prior consultation with the creator, author, or contributor.

TMN reserves the right to accept, reject, postpone, modify, or withdraw content at its sole editorial discretion.

Participation in TMN programs, completion of an assignment, or submission of material does not guarantee publication.

Editorial decisions, including the presentation and attribution of published material, are determined by TMN according to its editorial, creative, technical, and communication criteria.

B. AUDIENCE AND EDITORIAL FOCUS

Our Audience

TMN reaches an international, multigenerational audience interested in music, film, fashion, photography, digital media, and contemporary culture.

Our editorial content is designed for audiences seeking original reporting, interviews, cultural coverage, and perspectives on artists, creative industries, and emerging talent.

Our Content

TMN produces and distributes original editorial content, including interviews, photography, video productions, articles, reports, and coverage of concerts, festivals, film events, and other cultural activities.

Our editorial approach combines established and emerging artists, independent creative scenes, and developments across the media and cultural industries.

Editorial Perspective

TMN welcomes contributions from creators of different ages, backgrounds, and professional experiences.

Editorial decisions are based on relevance, originality, accuracy, quality, and alignment with TMN's editorial direction, rather than the personal characteristics of contributors or subjects.

C. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND STANDARDS

Editorial Production

TMN develops original content focused on music, film, fashion, media, and contemporary culture.

Our editorial strategy prioritizes original interviews, event coverage, reporting, photography, and audiovisual storytelling that provide relevant information and distinctive perspectives.

Content must demonstrate a clear editorial purpose and meet the professional and technical requirements of its intended publication format.

Professional Development

TMN integrates professional mentorship and practical production experience into its editorial activities.

Through the TMN® Creators Program, emerging creators develop skills in journalism, photography, filmmaking, interviewing, writing, editing, and digital media production.

Participants work under professional guidance while gaining experience with editorial assignments, production processes, industry practices, and publication standards.

Creative Collaboration

TMN encourages collaboration among creators, mentors, editors, producers, and other media professionals.

Collaboration is based on clearly defined responsibilities, constructive feedback, professional accountability, and respect for editorial decisions.

Editorial Independence

TMN maintains editorial independence in selecting subjects, developing stories, conducting interviews, and determining publication priorities.

Partnerships, sponsorships, accreditation arrangements, and other professional relationships do not automatically guarantee editorial coverage or favorable treatment.

D. CONTENT CREATION STANDARDS

Accuracy and Verification

All editorial content must be based on accurate information, reliable sources, and responsible reporting practices.

Creators must verify relevant facts, names, dates, quotations, credits, and other factual details before submitting material for publication.

Fabrication, intentional misrepresentation, plagiarism, and the presentation of unverified information as established fact are prohibited.

Errors identified before or after publication must be reported promptly so that TMN can determine whether corrections or other editorial action are necessary.

Professional Integrity

Creators must maintain honesty, fairness, and professional integrity when researching, producing, and presenting editorial content.

Interviews, photographs, videos, and written materials must not deliberately misrepresent the statements, actions, or circumstances of the individuals involved.

Editing and post-production must preserve the essential factual context of editorial material.

Respect and Non-Discrimination

TMN does not tolerate discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behavior based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other personal characteristics.

Editorial content must approach individuals and communities with professional respect while preserving the right to report critically on matters of public and cultural interest.

Originality and Intellectual Property

Creators must respect copyright, intellectual property rights, and applicable permissions when incorporating third-party materials.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted music, photographs, footage, written materials, or other protected works is prohibited.

Content produced through TMN-authorized assignments is subject to the intellectual property and exclusive distribution provisions established in the TMN Creators Program Terms & Conditions.

Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence tools may be used to assist with research, transcription, translation, editing, and other production tasks, provided their use complies with TMN's editorial standards.

AI-generated information must be independently verified before publication. Fabricated quotations, interviews, images, audio, or video must never be presented as authentic reporting or original documentation.

The use of AI-generated or AI-modified material must not mislead audiences about the authenticity of editorial content. Any disclosure requirements will be determined by TMN according to the nature and context of the material.

TMN reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the use of artificial intelligence tools for specific assignments or productions.

Editorial Quality

All submitted materials must meet the editorial, creative, and technical standards established by TMN.

TMN may request revisions, additional research, corrections, alternative edits, or replacement materials before considering content for publication.

E. CONTENT DISTRIBUTION STANDARDS

Editorial Transparency

TMN distinguishes independent editorial content from sponsored, promotional, or commercially supported material.

Sponsored content and relevant commercial relationships must be appropriately identified when disclosure is required by applicable law or TMN's editorial policies.

Editorial coverage does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial partnership merely because an artist, brand, product, or organization appears in the content.

Publication and Distribution

TMN determines the publication schedule, format, distribution channels, promotional presentation, and editorial positioning of its content.

Material may be adapted for websites, social media, video platforms, newsletters, and other editorial or promotional formats.

TMN retains the authority to edit, reformat, excerpt, archive, republish, or withdraw content in accordance with applicable agreements and editorial requirements.

Content Evaluation

Content is evaluated according to its editorial relevance, factual accuracy, originality, production quality, and compliance with TMN's standards.

Audience engagement and platform performance may inform future editorial decisions but do not override editorial integrity or professional quality requirements.

Third-Party Distribution

Requests from artists, managers, publicists, event organizers, sponsors, or other parties to obtain or use TMN content must be reviewed and authorized by TMN.

Creators and contributors may not independently distribute, license, or transfer TMN Exclusive Content to third parties without prior written authorization.

F. CONTENT STANDARDS FOR TMN CREATORS PROGRAM

All content created by participants through authorized TMN Creators Program assignments must comply with TMN's Editorial Standards, Code of Conduct, and Terms & Conditions of Participation.

Mentorship and Editorial Supervision

Participants work under the guidance of their assigned mentor, editor, or designated TMN representative.

Mentors may provide feedback, request revisions, supervise production, and modify submitted materials to ensure compliance with TMN's editorial and technical requirements.

Participants are expected to follow instructions, respect deadlines, complete accepted assignments, and cooperate with the editorial review process.

Press Accreditation and Representation

Participants may only request or use press credentials under TMN's name with explicit authorization.

Authorization is limited to the approved event, assignment, and individual. Participants must comply with TMN's accreditation procedures and all restrictions imposed by event organizers.

Editorial Submissions

Final editorial materials, including articles, photographs, videos, and other deliverables, must be submitted through TMN's designated editorial channels.

Email is the required submission channel unless TMN expressly authorizes an alternative.

Publication Authorization

No content, including photographs, videos, written work, or other media, may be published on TMN platforms without explicit authorization from TMN's Editorial Director or a duly authorized editorial representative.

Publication is not guaranteed by participation in the program or completion of an assignment.

Exclusive Content

Content created through TMN-authorized editorial assignments is subject to the exclusive content, licensing, confidentiality, and distribution provisions established in the TMN Creators Program Terms & Conditions.

Participants may not publish or independently distribute unpublished TMN Exclusive Content without prior authorization.
