TMN® Returns & Exchanges

All TMN® items are made to order. Each piece is produced on demand through our manufacturing partner, which means your item is created specifically for you — not pulled from stock.

Because of this production method, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of preference.
Please review the size guide before placing your order.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when applicable, issue a replacement at no additional cost.

To report an issue, email teensmedianetwork@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll respond as soon as possible.

Additional Terms

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned or undeliverable, we cannot offer a refund.
A new order will need to be placed to reship the item.

Carrier Delays
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays. Delays in transit are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Marked as Delivered
If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we cannot replace or refund the order. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Color and Print Variations
Minor variations in color, texture, and print placement are normal due to on-demand production and are not considered defects.

Size Tolerance
Garment measurements may vary by up to 1" (2.54 cm). This is within standard manufacturing tolerance and is not considered a defect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
