MUSIC FESTIVAL
Last Day at Sónar 2025: Electronic Pulses, Unstoppable Artists, and a Night That Doesn’t Want to End

Today marks the final day of the project area at Sónar, and you can feel it in the air — a mix of excitement, exhaustion, and a touch of nostalgia. People keep arriving with the same curiosity as on the first day, wandering through experiences that blend art, technology, and music in ways that still manage to surprise.
It’s been several intense days, full of stimuli, and although the pace hasn’t slowed down today, there’s a kind of farewell energy in the atmosphere. We all know it’s the end, and that’s why we want to make the most of every last minute — to hold on tightly to the moments that are still left
Amid Screens, Hypnotic Visuals, and Multilingual Conversations, Creativity Keeps Flowing Nonstop
There’s no rest here — there’s always something else to see: an installation you hadn’t noticed before, a talk that draws you in unexpectedly. As the afternoon goes on, the action shifts more intensely to the stages.
One of the day’s most anticipated performances is by MUSHKA, confirming once again why she’s one of the key voices in today’s urban scene. She presents her album NOVA BOSSA with a show that blends reggaetón, melancholy, carefully crafted aesthetics, and a sound that deeply resonates with her generation.
Look at the crowd: bodies moving to the beat, people jumping, dancing, feeling every lyric. That’s what MUSHKA brings — she makes everything feel undeniably real.

Later On, the Stage Transforms with the Arrival of Nathy Peluso, Returning to Spain in Full Force to Celebrate Her Hit Album Grasa
Sónar watched her grow, and now it sees her explode. She has it all: presence, voice, power, and a solid stage production that shows exactly why she’s at the top. There’s not much more to explain — what happens during that hour-plus of concert is written on the faces in the crowd, in the screams, in the energy that doesn’t let up for a single second.
Deep into the early hours, Six Sex takes the stage — one of the most provocative and unrestrained acts seen at this year’s edition. It’s an explosive mix of dirty perreo, dark humor, and rave-scented beats. No one knows exactly what’s going to happen — and that’s precisely the appeal. Their show is direct, unfiltered, uncomfortable and liberating all at once. And the dance floor responds: no one judges, everyone dances, and no one wants to leave.

And Even Though We’ve Talked About These Artists, They Weren’t the Only Ones
This year had it all, and there were plenty of artists we couldn’t follow as closely — simply because Sónar is impossible to take in all at once. There’s always something happening in another corner. But that’s part of the magic too: knowing you’re missing something, and instead of that being frustrating, it just leaves you wanting more.
Because yes, this is the end — at least for now. But what we experienced over these past days doesn’t fade so easily. Sónar keeps echoing inside for a while longer, like a sound that stays with you until the next time.

Day 3 at Sónar 2025 reminds us we don’t want this to end. From powerful conversations at Sónar+D about the future of humanity and culture to explosive performances that lit up the night, today proved once again why Sónar leads the way in global creativity.
