TMN CREATORS PROGRAM

By enrolling in or participating in the Creators Program offered by Teens Media Network®, hereinafter referred to as “TMN,” participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. PARTICIPATION AND METHODOLOGY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

1.1 Attendance and Participation

Participants enrolled in the TMN Creators Program agree to attend scheduled mentorship sessions and fulfill the activities, assignments, and editorial commitments they have accepted.

If unable to attend a scheduled session or confirmed activity, participants must notify TMN as far in advance as possible, preferably at least 48 hours beforehand. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the conditions of the participant's enrollment.

1.2 Feedback and Evaluation

Participants acknowledge that the TMN Creators Program is a professional mentorship and educational experience based on practical assignments, creative development, and ongoing feedback.

Participants may receive verbal or written feedback from their designated mentor regarding their creative work, editorial contributions, professional development, and collaboration.

Participants agree to approach feedback constructively and remain open to revisions, recommendations, and professional guidance throughout the program.

1.3 Cooperation with Instructions and Methodologies

Participants agree to follow the guidance of their assigned mentor and comply with the professional, editorial, and organizational procedures established by TMN.

1.4 Schedule and Commitment

Mentorship schedules will be established according to the participant's enrolled program and availability agreed upon with TMN.

Participants are responsible for dedicating sufficient time to their assignments and preparation between mentorship sessions.

1.5 Assignments

Participants may receive assignments involving photography, video production, interviews, event coverage, editorial writing, research, or other creative activities.

Assignments will consider participants' interests, experience, and professional development objectives.

Once an assignment or editorial coverage has been accepted and confirmed, participants are expected to fulfill their commitment, unless circumstances reasonably prevent them from doing so.

Participation does not guarantee access to specific events, artists, assignments, or editorial opportunities.

1.6 Engagement and Community Participation

Participants are encouraged to remain engaged with TMN's editorial activities, creative community, and professional opportunities.

Access to special assignments, event coverage, and press accreditation opportunities may depend on participants' demonstrated commitment, reliability, preparation, and adherence to TMN's professional standards.

2. RESPONSIBILITY, BEHAVIOR, AND SAFETY

2.1 Safety and Personal Responsibility

TMN does not provide individual medical, accident, travel, or other personal insurance coverage to participants unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Participants are responsible for obtaining any insurance coverage they consider necessary for their activities, travel, assignments, or event participation.

Participants must evaluate the risks associated with their activities, comply with applicable safety regulations, and act responsibly at all times.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

2.2 Behavior and Conduct

Participants are required to read and comply with TMN's Code of Conduct, which establishes expectations concerning professionalism, respect, inclusion, ethical behavior, and appropriate representation of the organization.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in restrictions on participation, withdrawal of editorial assignments, suspension of credentials, or termination of enrollment, depending on the circumstances.

2.3 Press Pass Applications and Accreditation Restrictions

All press accreditation requests made under TMN's name or using its credentials require prior authorization from TMN.

Participants are strictly prohibited from independently requesting press passes or representing themselves as accredited TMN media representatives without explicit authorization from TMN.

When authorized, participants may research contacts, prepare requests, and directly submit accreditation applications for specifically approved events, following TMN's instructions.

Authorization applies exclusively to the approved event and participant. It cannot be transferred, extended, or used for unrelated events or individuals.

Press accreditation is subject to approval by event organizers and does not guarantee admission, photography access, backstage access, artist interviews, or any other special privileges.

Participants must respect all accreditation restrictions and event-specific rules.

Unauthorized use of TMN credentials may result in immediate suspension of accreditation privileges or termination of participation.

2.4 TMN Brand Representation

Participants representing TMN during editorial assignments, interviews, concerts, festivals, or other professional activities must understand TMN's mission, editorial identity, and professional standards.

Participants must not make commitments, negotiate partnerships, authorize content usage, or represent organizational positions on behalf of TMN without prior authorization.

TMN credentials may only be used for activities explicitly authorized by TMN.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 Intellectual Property Rights

Participants retain copyright ownership of original creative works they produce during the TMN Creators Program, subject to the licenses and permissions granted under this agreement.

Participation in mentorship, editorial supervision, or professional feedback does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to the assigned mentor.

For content created as part of an authorized TMN editorial assignment, participants grant TMN an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, archive, promote, and otherwise use the content across its editorial, educational, promotional, and digital platforms.

This license includes the right to authorize third-party distribution or licensing in accordance with Section 3.7.

Participants retain their underlying copyright ownership, subject to TMN's exclusive licensing rights and the portfolio permissions established in Section 3.4.

3.2 Exclusive Content

Content created specifically for TMN through authorized editorial assignments, event coverage, interviews, or other commissioned activities within the Creators Program is considered TMN Exclusive Content.

3.3 Definition of TMN Exclusive Content

TMN Exclusive Content includes interviews, event photography, reports, documentaries, audiovisual productions, editorial articles, and related materials created for TMN.

This designation includes original photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and other source materials produced through TMN-authorized assignments or using press credentials issued under TMN's name.

Content independently created by participants outside TMN assignments, without using TMN credentials or resources, is not automatically considered TMN Exclusive Content.

Participants must not disclose, publish, or distribute TMN Exclusive Content before its official release or without written authorization from TMN.

3.4 Sharing Content

Participants may share selections of their published TMN work in personal portfolios, professional websites, or social media only after TMN has officially published the content, unless prior written authorization has been granted.

All permitted sharing must appropriately credit TMN and identify the work as created for TMN or through the TMN Creators Program.

IMPORTANT: Participants are strictly prohibited from sending, transferring, licensing, or distributing TMN Exclusive Content directly to third parties without explicit written approval from TMN.

This includes artists, bands, managers, publicists, event organizers, sponsors, media outlets, and other individuals or organizations.

The restriction applies to requests received through email, social media, direct messages, or in person.

Participants receiving such requests must refer the interested party to TMN.

3.5 Exclusive Distribution and Content Usage

TMN maintains exclusive distribution and licensing rights over TMN Exclusive Content, as established in Section 3.1.

TMN may edit, adapt, format, crop, subtitle, translate, archive, and distribute such content in accordance with its editorial, technical, and promotional requirements.

Participants may not independently license, commercially distribute, remix, or authorize derivative uses of TMN Exclusive Content without prior written permission.

Nothing in this section transfers underlying copyright ownership beyond the rights expressly granted in this agreement.

Any treatment of moral rights remains subject to applicable law.

3.6 Monetization of Distributed Content

Participants acknowledge that TMN Exclusive Content may generate revenue through digital distribution, advertising, licensing, or other monetization methods.

Any revenue generated through the monetization of TMN content will be used to fund TMN's educational programs.

3.7 Content Licensing and Third-Party Requests

TMN may authorize third parties, including artists, event organizers, media outlets, sponsors, and other organizations, to use TMN Exclusive Content under applicable licensing arrangements.

Such arrangements may involve licensing or content usage fees.

Participants are not authorized to negotiate, approve, or independently facilitate third-party licensing or distribution of TMN Exclusive Content.

All licensing requests must be reviewed and authorized by TMN.

3.8 Recognition and Credits

TMN recognizes the creative and intellectual contributions of its participants and may provide appropriate credits and acknowledgments in editorial publications, audiovisual productions, broadcasts, events, and other materials.

The format, placement, visibility, and presentation of credits will be determined by TMN according to editorial, creative, technical, and promotional considerations, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Individual credits may not appear in every promotional, institutional, editorial, advertising, educational, or marketing use of the material.

3.9 Use of Image and Publicity Rights

By participating in the TMN Creators Program, participants authorize TMN to capture and use their name, image, voice, and likeness recorded during program-related activities.

This authorization includes editorial, promotional, educational, and entertainment uses across TMN platforms, social media, partner publications, presentations, and public exhibitions.

The authorization is non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual, subject to applicable law.

Participants may submit written requests concerning the use of their image or likeness. TMN will review such requests in accordance with applicable law and its editorial obligations.

TMN cannot guarantee the removal of material already lawfully distributed or independently republished by third parties.

4. PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION

4.1 Adherence to Editorial Ethics and Standards

All content produced for TMN must comply with TMN's Editorial Ethics and Standards.

Participants are required to read and familiarize themselves with these standards before accepting the terms of participation.

4.2 Publication Process

Participants acknowledge that creating content during the TMN Creators Program does not guarantee publication on www.teensmedia.net or TMN's social media platforms.

Content must meet TMN's editorial and technical requirements and may be subject to review, revision, correction, or additional development before publication.

Participants agree to cooperate with their assigned mentor and the editorial team throughout this process.

4.3 Editorial Board Authority

The TMN Editorial Board retains final authority over the selection, editing, publication, distribution, and withdrawal of editorial content.

TMN may revise, modify, adapt, or decline submitted material according to its editorial standards, quality requirements, and publication priorities.

Such editorial decisions may be made without additional consultation, subject to applicable law and the rights established under this agreement.

4.4 Submission of Editorial Materials

Participants must submit completed assignments, photographs, videos, articles, and other editorial deliverables through TMN's designated submission channels.

Email is the required channel for final editorial submissions unless TMN expressly authorizes an alternative.

Messaging applications may be used for coordination but do not replace formal editorial submission procedures.

5. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

5.1 Content Confidentiality

Participants acknowledge that their involvement in the TMN Creators Program may provide access to unpublished interviews, event coverage, editorial materials, audiovisual productions, and other exclusive content.

Participants agree not to disclose, distribute, publish, or otherwise share confidential or unpublished TMN content without express written authorization.

This obligation continues after completion or termination of participation, subject to applicable law.

5.2 Confidential Information

Participants may gain access to nonpublic information concerning TMN's operations, business relationships, editorial plans, partnerships, financial arrangements, and proprietary processes.

Participants agree not to disclose or use such confidential information for purposes unrelated to their authorized participation.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available through lawful means, independently developed without using confidential information, or required to be disclosed by law.

Participants remain free to use general professional skills, experience, and knowledge legitimately acquired during the mentorship.

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS

6.1 Program Fees

Program fees vary according to the selected Creator plan, duration, mentorship hours, and applicable services.

The applicable price, payment schedule, and program conditions will be those communicated to and accepted by the participant during enrollment.

Any additional services or charges must be separately disclosed and agreed upon before they become payable.

6.2 Partner-Funded Participation and Scholarships

TMN may offer fully or partially funded participation opportunities through agreements with partner organizations, sponsors, or other funding entities.

Availability, eligibility, funding arrangements, and any additional obligations will be established separately for each opportunity.

Participation in a funded program does not automatically entitle participants to additional funding, compensation, or reimbursement beyond the agreed conditions.

6.3 Membership and Access to Resources

Access to TMN membership benefits, educational materials, and digital resources will depend on the participant's enrolled plan and the conditions communicated during registration.

Where membership is included in the participant's Creator plan or enrollment agreement, no separate membership payment is required during the applicable enrollment period.

Any separate membership fees must be disclosed and accepted before payment is required.

Access to specific resources or membership benefits may change following completion or termination of the program, according to the applicable membership conditions.

6.4 Administrative and Operational Costs

Participants acknowledge that editorial activities and event coverage may involve transportation, accommodation, meals, equipment, accreditation charges, or other external expenses.

Such expenses are the participant's responsibility unless TMN expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

TMN does not guarantee free admission, press accreditation, photography access, or reimbursement of expenses associated with an assignment.

6.5 Payment Terms

Payments must be completed according to the schedule and conditions agreed upon during enrollment.

For installment-based or monthly programs, payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.

Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension of services or termination of enrollment, subject to applicable law and the agreed payment conditions.

6.6 Additional Charges

No additional program fees, membership charges, or optional service fees will be imposed without prior disclosure and agreement.

7. TERMINATION

7.1 Termination by TMN

TMN reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation when a participant materially violates these Terms & Conditions, the Code of Conduct, editorial standards, accreditation restrictions, or other applicable program requirements.

Where appropriate, TMN may provide an opportunity to address or correct the violation before termination.

Serious misconduct, unauthorized use of credentials, breaches of confidentiality, or unauthorized distribution of exclusive content may justify immediate termination.

Any refund or financial adjustment will be determined according to the applicable enrollment agreement and governing law.

7.2 Termination by Participant

Participants wishing to withdraw from the program must notify TMN in writing.

Refund eligibility, outstanding payments, and treatment of unused sessions will be determined by the conditions agreed upon during enrollment and applicable law.

Withdrawal does not automatically cancel payment obligations already incurred under the agreed enrollment terms.

7.3 Continuing Obligations

Termination or completion of the program does not affect obligations concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, exclusive content, authorized licensing, or other provisions expressly intended to remain in effect.

8. MODIFICATIONS

TMN reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions as its programs, editorial operations, and organizational requirements evolve.

Participants will be notified of material changes affecting their participation.

Changes that materially alter the financial or contractual obligations of an existing enrollment will require any additional agreement or consent required by applicable law.

Updated terms will apply to future enrollments from their stated effective date, unless otherwise agreed.
