La Sécurité's music moves between post-punk, art punk, new wave, and something that resists easy labels. Rather than defining themselves through genre, the Montreal band approaches music as a collaborative art project where songwriting, visual identity, and performance are all part of the same creative process.

Recorded during Primavera Pro Barcelona 2026, this conversation explores how the five-piece came together during the pandemic, why collaboration remains at the center of everything they do, and how a project that began as an experiment quickly grew into one of Canada's most exciting independent bands.
